We guarantee all services and products sold at Colour Bar. If any service or product does not meet your satisfaction, we will work with you to ensure that we exceed your expectations.
OUR LEVEL SYSTEM
Each member of our professional team is defined by our Level System, which determines service price point. The Level System is based on years of experience, specialization and education.
OUR RESERVATIONS PROCESS
Everyone’s time is valuable! Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice. Letting us know in advance of a change in your schedule is important and enables us to schedule another guest. This ensures that we maintain the highest availability of services for you and all our guests. We all lead busy lives and we understand that sometimes life can get in the way of keeping your appointment with your stylist. Please provide at least 24-hour notice if canceling is unavoidable.
If 24-hour notice isn’t possible, you may be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service out of respect for our stylist’s time. Unfortunately, any missed appointments or “no shows” will be subject to the full cost of the scheduled service.
Finally, a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment.
We value your time and understand delays; however, due to scheduling commitments with our guests, we reserve the right to reschedule any appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. This is to ensure that we stay on time and on schedule for all our guests throughout the day. In return, we guarantee that we will always begin your appointment within 10 minutes of your appointment time—it works both ways!
Some services require advance planning. A 72-hour notice is required for all hair extensions, Liscio, Brazilian Blowout and Keratin treatment services. Give us a heads up!
OUR COMMITMENT TO TRANSPARENT PRICING & PRIVACY
We require a $50 deposit for all reservations requiring services that last two (2) or more hours. As a guest, you agree to allow us to maintain a valid credit card on file to ensure adherence to our cancellation policies.
We respect your privacy and do not disclose client information to third parties for any reason. As with any business, our prices subject to change at any time. If you have any questions about these policies, please don’t hesitate to ask the front desk.

At Colour Bar Studio, guest satisfaction is our highest priority.
As a team, we take pride in knowing that our talented staff of designers and colorists are among the best in the industry, and we guarantee our work.
Sometimes (even with the best of intentions) a new look, color or style may not be what you expected. This doesn’t happen very often because we focus on clear and open communication with our guests. If, for any reason, your look isn’t what you’d hoped for we will work with you to get it right. Simply let us know within 7 days* of the original service, and we will do our best to ensure that your original vision is met.
Open and honest communication is the foundation of all great relationships and we always want you to feel that you can tell us what you think and how you feel about our services and stylists. Even if that means working with another stylist on our tea —we understand. Our goal is to ensure that you look and feel your best.
Due to the artistic nature of our business we are unable to offer refunds on our services. Rest assured: we will work hard to ensure your satisfaction and accommodate you in any way that we can.
*This satisfaction guarantee does not apply to a complete change of the original service during your last visit within the 7-day period.
Colour Bar Studio accepts all major credit cards and cash (US dollars) only.
Gratuity is welcome and appreciated by all the professional staff providing services for you during your visit with us. As always, amounts for each professional are at your discretion.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We stand behind all products sold at Colour Bar Studio. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from us at our salon, we will gladly exchange it for another.
Electric styling equipment including, but not limited to, blow-dryers, curling irons, flat irons, etc., may be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.
Your children are our next generation of customers and we gladly welcome all well mannered children. For your child’s safety in the salon, running, climbing, and spinning on chairs is discouraged. Smiles, hugs, and laughter are always welcome!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & DISCLAIMERS
Our prices and Level System may vary and are dependent on the following (including, but not limited to):
- Time allowed for your services;
- Products used to provide your desired look;
- Level of service provided
- Length and thickness of hair.
To ensure that there are no surprises at the end of your visit with us, feel free to request a quote for all services from your stylist or from our front desk team before your services are performed. It’s the only way to ensure that everyone is happy!
First Time Guest?
If you are a first-time guest, we require a 15-minute consultation between you and your stylist so that we can get to know you and fully understand what you want to achieve. Your $25 deposit for this consultation will be applied to a future service.
