COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE
Our level system determines service prices. These levels are defined by each stylist’s years of experience, specialization and education .
Please be aware that a credit card number may be required to reserve your appointment.
We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your reservation. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, you may be charged 50% of your scheduled service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service. Please note: a 72 hour notice is required for all extensions, Liscio, Brazilian Blowout and keratin treatment services.
Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.

At Colour Bar Studio our customers’ satisfaction is of utmost importance to us! We are a team environment and pride ourselves in having a talented staff of hair designers and colourists, so we guarantee our work. Sometimes, even with the best of intentions, a new look, color or style may not be what you expected. It doesn’t happen very often at our studio because we communicate expectations to all of our guests first, but if you are unhappy for any reason, let us recreate your vision! Please bring it to our attention within 7 days of the original service performed, and we will do our best to ensure that you are happy. We never want you to feel that you cannot speak to us freely. If you would feel more comfortable seeing a different service provider within the studio, we understand and support this. Due to the artistic nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds on services performed, however we will work hard to ensure your satisfaction and are more than happy to accommodate you. (Please note that this guarantee does not apply if the guest decides to completely change the original look given from their last visit within the 7 day period.)
Colour Bar Studio accepts all major credit cards and cash as payment. Please note that we do not accept checks as a method of payment.
Gratuity is standard practice for excellent quality and service, and is always left to the discretion of our guests.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We firmly stand behind all products sold at Colour Bar Studio. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased we will gladly exchange it for another. All makeup, brushes and any other accessory sales are final. Blowdryers, curling irons, flat irons, etc. may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided that the packaging and contents are consistent with the receipt.
Colour Bar Studio welcomes all well-behaved children. Please ensure that your children avoid running, climbing, and spinning on chairs.
Prices may vary depending on different factors: time, product used, as well as the level of service provided. When in question we encourage that all guests request an accurate price quote from our professionals before having services performed.
